Val Bielinski
Val provides over 20 years’ experience creating and managing learning opportunities for private industry and higher education. Her relationship with WIDS began in 2003 in the role as instructional designer at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. She relied on the instructional design model as a roadmap to guide faculty in the development and revision of course and program curriculum.
Val joined WIDS in 2017 with extensive experience developing and managing program and course curriculum, DACUM facilitation, accreditation preparation, curriculum mapping, data analysis, and using the WIDS software. Projects with WIDS include technical and private college curriculum development, DACUM facilitation, on-ground and virtual training to current and future WIDS clients. Val creates a clear path to project completion with the aim to make the process simple and value-added to clients, stakeholders, and consumers of the learning product.
Val holds a master’s degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College, Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and is a graduate of the Wisconsin Leadership Development Institute (WLDI).
