Melinda Reiter-Schroepfer
Melinda has 20 years of technical college teaching and administration, curriculum design, assessment, and academic and industry accreditation/certification preparation, process, and training experience.
As an Accreditation Manager for a Pharmacy Benefits Management company, Melinda developed and implemented extensive PBM and mail order/specialty pharmacy accreditation department-specific standards training, accreditation cycle documentation training, standard operating procedure review cycle training, accreditation data submission training and on site review preparation training for employee participants.
While working as a Manager of Curriculum Development on the Technical Education Services Team (TEST) for the Flexographic Technical Association (FTA), she collaborated with flexographic printing professional SMEs to develop on line curriculum for multiple certification courses for printing professionals working in the field of flexography.
As an administrator for Dunwoody College of Technology in Minneapolis, Melinda gained in-depth leadership experience in technical education curriculum design, development and approval, regional accreditation and programmatic certification preparation and on-site facilitation and assessment design, alignment and data collection. While in this role, she also served as Dunwoody’s WIDS trainer and thoroughly enjoyed assisting faculty in adopting performance based learning strategies through WIDS curriculum design and assisting administrators in leveraging WIDS data and reporting to support accreditation requirements.
Melinda holds a Master of Arts in Teaching degree from UW-River Falls and a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Scandinavian Studies from UW-Eau Claire.
