WIDS Administrator Cohort (WAC)

You are invited to join our WIDS Administrator Cohort starting January 2025

The WIDS Administrator Cohort (WAC) is a small learning community of site administrators from organizations using WIDS. This facilitated experience is designed to help your organization maximize the use of WIDS.

What's Involved:

• Meet monthly for a two-hour webinar with your WAC team. Each team will include no more than five WIDS site administrators.
• Webinars will be planned and facilitated by a WIDS Consultant. Key WIDS components will be examined, and best practices discussed. Consultants will present new ideas and techniques for colleges to consider while adapting them to the needs of the group.
• Site administrators will have the opportunity to discuss and share best practices with other WIDS organizations.

Length:

• Cohort will meet for six months starting in January 2025 and ending in June 2025.
• Meeting dates and times will be selected by each cohort.

Cost

• $199

Expectations of Participants:

We will make every effort to schedule meetings around the cohort's availability. Members of the cohort will commit to the following:

• Make every effort to attend all cohort sessions
• Set goals for their cohort experience
• Consider how they could apply the key monthly initiatives to their WIDS site
• Present how they have implemented the key components to other members of the cohort
• Share challenges and opportunities in their role of site administrator
• Brainstorm and explore solutions with other members of the cohort

• Site Administrators who are looking for ways to maximize the use of WIDS
