WIDS Administrator Support

We back our curriculum design software with exceptional, timely administrator support designed to help you master the software, while honing your curriculum development skills. Providing quality support to WIDS administrators is as important to us as is our software and services. That's why we offer two "community" support options: Our WIDS Administrator Cohort (WAC) - a small learning community of site administrators from a variety of organizations who meet regularly to maximize their use of WIDS; and the WIDS User Group - a group of WIDS users who gather together for a day-long summit to share best practices and WIDS software tips.

The Site Administrator Series is a learning community of WIDS site administrators from organizations currently using WIDS software. This WIDS Consultant facilitated learning experience is designed to help you, and your organization, use WIDS software for maximum impact.

A Day of Networking

WIDS User Group

The WIDS User Group includes other WIDS Site Administrators and curriculum champions dedicated to understanding and using the features of WIDS software more fully. Held as a hybrid event, the WIDS User Group explores the unique functionality of the software, offers a chance to network with other instructional design professionals, and offers opportunities to share ideas and best practices.

Where: Madison, Wisconsin and virtually
When: Every 12 to 18 months
Why: To hear what other WIDS software users are doing in the software
How: The day includes presentations from current WIDS users across an array of topics
