WIDS User Group & Workshop
Every year to 18 months, we host our software clients for WIDS User Group and Workshop in Madison, Wisconsin to:
- Share software best practices
- Network with curriculum, assessment, and instructional design professionals
- Explore new and unique functions of our software
The first day features presentations by WIDS users that showcase how they use our software in their organization. The best people to talk about WIDS software are the users themselves!
The following day features hands-on workshops that dive into specific aspects of our software - a perfect opportunity for new and experienced users to bring questions and receive answers.
Breakfast and lunch are provided both days.

Lodging
As it gets closer to User Group time, lodging accommodations will be available at the Madison Concourse Hotel. A block of rooms with a negotiated rate will be set aside for WIDS User Group and Workshop attendees for the Monday - Thursday of User Group week.

- Free shuttle, as available, to and from destinations within 1 mile from the hotel
- Easy access and walkability to the state capitol building and University of Wisconsin - Madison student union

- Overnight parking for guests is $18 (self-park)
- Parking for User Group is available in various lots downtown Madison. The State Street Capitol Garage at 214 N. Carroll St. is the closest to the hotel.
