Midwest Transportation Workforce Center

The Midwest Transportation Workforce Center (MTWC) works with industry, educators, and government to generate innovative approaches to develop a diverse transportation workforce.  WIDS conducted a DACUM for MTWC on Highway Maintenance.  The project included:

• a DACUM planning webinar
• an occupational analysis
• one-day on-site DACUM occupational task analysis with subject matter experts for Highway Maintenance Apprenticeship
• an online validation survey for sharing with SME’s and a broader audience and aggregation of survey results
• a concluding meeting with staff to finalize the DACUM
