The National Association of Parliamentarians® (NAP) serves the needs of today’s parliamentarians and those interested in learning about parliamentary procedure. WIDS conducted Performance Assessment Task (PAT) Training for NAP. 

Project deliverables included:

• Creating a sample Performance Assessment Task using NAP’s task analysis materials
• Conducting a one-day onsite workshop to:

-- Examine the process and method for creating Performance Assessment Tasks (assessment directions, scoring guides, and rating scales) using the task analysis

-- Create Performance Assessment Tasks to ensure a collaborative work process

-- Layout a plan for project completion
