Pasa Sustainable Agriculture

PASA sustainable agriculture works to build a more economically-just, environmentally-regenerative, and community-focused food system through education and research that directly supports farmers. The Pennsylvania-based organization worked with a WIDS consultant on a sustainable agriculture DACUM, program validation, and design. 

Project activities included:

• Facilitating a one-day on-site DACUM occupational task analysis with subject matter experts
• Conducting an online validation survey and aggregating survey results
• Facilitating a one-day on-site Program Planning Meeting with program leaders to review survey results, finalize DACUM, and select tasks for paid related instruction.
