Employ Milwaukee

Employ Milwaukee is the local workforce development board serving Milwaukee County.  WIDS worked with Employ Milwaukee to update their Childcare Services Apprenticeship. The project started with a one-day on-site meeting to validate existing tasks, identify new tasks, determine tasks no longer needed and review updates to related technical instruction. WIDS mapped the task list to the work processes of childcare services employees. This gave Employ Milwaukee a way to update their apprenticeship and ensure apprentice graduates are current with state standards.
