Associate Director, Product Development/Training

Terri brings more than 25 years of project management, curriculum design, collaborative development, and WIDS software implementation experience to WIDS. She excells at grasping complex challenges and crafting innovative ways to address them. A frequent writer, meeting facilitator, and learning design developer, Terri's ability to make complex ideas seem simple is one of her strongest capabilities. She is skilled at facilitating meetings and projects, effortlessly guiding teams in making collaborative group decisions. Known for her warmth and ability to have fun doing just about anything, Terri is deteremined to deliver fresh ideas and quality work with each project.  

Terri joined the WIDS team in June 1995. Prior to that, she was a college communication instructor, sales trainer, and curriculum developer.  She is a graduate of Bethel College in Saint Paul, MN.
