Committed to delivering fresh ideas for each unique project, Terri believes in performance-based learning as a key way to equip people with practical, real-world job skills they can rely on throughout their careers. She brings more than 25 years of project management, curriculum design, development and software implementation to her work, and is particularly skilled in making complex ideas seem simple.
Her talent in facilitating meetings and projects effortlessly guides teams to collaborative group decisions, with innate warmth and the ability to make the process fun. Terri is particularly passionate about helping colleges use WIDS to deliver high-quality programs, using it as a single source of truth, keeping everything consistent and on track.
Terri joined the WIDS team in June 1995, building on a career as a college communication instructor, sales trainer, and curriculum developer. She is a graduate of Bethel College in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
