With a focus on making curriculum and training development projects manageable, Melinda provides meeting facilitation, problem-solving and employee engagement strategies to help each organization use its resources efficiently to meet project goals.
Her experience in teaching, educational administration, and large-scale compliance project management provides her with a range of tools and techniques for fostering collaboration, guiding project teams, and managing project timelines. Melinda is particularly enthusiastic about guiding organizations through accreditation and regulatory compliance processes. She has helped both educational and business/industry organizations secure and maintain a spectrum of accreditations and certifications.
Melinda joined the WIDS team in 2016. Prior to joining WIDS, she was a K-12 teacher, technical college instructor, technical college administrator, industry technical certification manager, and PBM accreditation manager.
Melinda holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from University of Wisconsin-River Falls and a bachelor’s degree in English and Scandinavian Studies from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
